Classroom newspaper order form

The Newspapers in Education program at Capital Newspapers provides newspapers at discount prices for classroom use. You must order five copies per day for the same address to qualify for the NIE discount rate. Please complete this form and submit your request online, fax or mail back to the NIE office at least 2 weeks before your classroom subscription start date.

NOTICE FOR SPONSORSHIP REQUESTS: The distribution of sponsored NIE newspapers is contingent on limited funding available. Please understand if you request sponsorship, the quantity of newspapers on your order form is also a request. We will do our best! However, if we are unable to honor your request, you will be notified and given the option of reducing your newspaper quantity and/or paying for the amount requested.

Sponsorship:	Sponsorship funds may be available to cover part or all of the cost of your classroom newspaper subscription. You will be asked to sign an affidavit at the end of the year which states that you requested and received the newspaper. You must check this box if you are requesting sponsorship funds. I understand that failure to complete and return the affidavit constitutes agreement on my part to pay for these newspapers at the NIE rate.
